Sourcing
Sahra Steel sources from certified producers; production capability checked, certification verified, test data reviewed, before a first order is placed. We source globally and we re-qualify rather than assume: a mill that was right for last year's order is checked again for this one.
Logistics
We ship in bulk and break bulk, chartering vessel space for full cargo lots and consolidating smaller volumes. From load port to discharge, we handle the freight arrangement, port handling and site delivery in Benelux.
Shipments are tracked from loading to discharge, we proactively communicate with our clients in the event of a scheduling change.
Documentation
Mill test certificates, standards compliance records, customs paperwork and delivery notes travel with every consignment. Any tonne we deliver can be traced back to the heat it was rolled from.
For BENOR-certified supply, delivery notes carry the mark and distinguishing number, and the traceability statement confirming that certification transfers only between approved stockists.
Trade terms
Every transaction runs on written, pre-agreed commercial terms: price, Incoterm, delivery window, payment mechanism and quality specification settled before the order is placed.
